Counting Sheep
OverviewArtwork for the Bedroom
Counting Sheep is a whole flock of sheep to count while you’re lying in your warm cozy bed. Each sheep is painted in its own wooden frame. These little sheep (with their impressive Greek names) watch over you while you sleep, with their magical blue protective eyes.
How to Arrange All the Paintings Just Right
Hang them spread out around the bedroom, on different walls, or close together. The size and arrangement of the artwork are flexible, like a real flock.
A clever little magic trick* is included to make it super easy to place all 11 pieces exactly where you want them.
Bedtime Stories
Each sheep has its own bedtime story, written by my two 14-year-old daughters. Pippi wrote some in 2020, when she was fourteen. Teddy completed them in 2025, also at the age of fourteen.**
These delightful stories are now collected in a beautiful little book that comes with the artwork.

The sheep are not available individually, because that would be rather sad. Besides, 11 is a lucky number.
For big walls
There is an expansion set for the series, featuring a wolf, a sheepdog, some greenery, more sheep and the Wolf!
Counting Sheep consists of:
- A series of 11 sheep
- An expansion set featuring a wolf, a sheepdog, cacti, eucalyptus trees and a few more sheep—also 11pieces in total:

* An envelope is included with 11 paper templates, each marked with a red cross showing exactly where the nail should go. Stick them to the wall using the supplied poster putty. Move them around as many times as you like until you find the perfect arrangement. Hammer a nail through each red cross, remove the paper template and hang the artwork.
** What started as a helicopter-mom project to inspire my teenagers creatively eventually turned into some serious negotiating with my business-minded daughters, haha.**
